If i'm not mistaken, Dell's motherboards are propietary and don't conform to the ATX standard, meaning it's not going to fit in that case without modification.

Also, I know for a fact that the powersupply doesn't conform to ATX standards.

Just FYI that case is going to have some major airflow problems with only 1 80 mm fan in front and 1 80 mm fan in back, as well as the grill being poorly drilled out. The actual switching of the components is very easy, just be sure you remain grounded when you are doing it (dont take apart your stuff on a carpetted area, and be sure to touch the metal part of the case before you touch any of your components, this will nullify any static electricity you have built up in your body). Everything should all fit though, if the motherboard is an ATX mobo.
