Some people need to just... grow up...

    Link....

I hate people, did this guy ever figure on not just watching? Maybe quit whining and just realize that he is a wimp?

Also does this mean that I get to sue Jack Daniels for the cost of the carpet cleaner that I had to buy after I threw up?

This guy needs a severe beating, he even said that he does not expect to get the money. I really hate it when people just do idiotic things for no reason.

Frivilous lawsuits are going to be the death of us all...

Yeah, I'm with you. You can do anything you want to as long as the people in the state above you don't get offended. Defend the country as best you can, but don't pat anyone down at the airport. If a man breaks into your house, and is raping your wife when you walk into the room, you had better have at least three people hear you ask him nicely to stop before you retrieve your non lethal defense method and begin to apply it properly as you were thought in the class the state made you take before you were allowed to own it.. You had better hope that he doesn't fall down your stairs on his way out either or he could sue you.
I have a friend whose grandmother is so sick that the doctors had to cut off one of her legs to keep her living. She is so distressed with all that age has brought her that she has tried to kill her self a few times but the orderlies and doctors keep saving her. Just this last week we found out that they have to take her remaining leg to keep her alive. Why? Why can she not get away with killing her self, because someone who is not affected by the situation feels that it would immoral, and if we supported her in her decision, that we'd be killers.
This crap has to stop somewhere, but I don't see that happening any

"Aitken's handwritten lawsuit contends the rat-eating made his blood pressure rise, resulting in being dizzy and lightheaded -- and vomiting. Because he was disoriented he ran into a doorway, "causing suffering, injury and great pain."

Asked why he didn't shut off his television before the rat-eating segment, Aitken said he couldn't do it quick enough."

        how pathetic.

" Causing injury, suffering, and great pain" I wonder how fast someone can run after being extremely lightheaded and puking? Idiot...Darwinism at its finest.

Can I sue ex-girlfriends for the painful 6 hour erections I got because they wore hot Bikinis at the pool/beach?

Ha, this reminds me of something. My aunt was watching Fear Factor one day, and they were making one of their Bug Shakes. She ran and threw up after she saw them make it, but then came back and watched them drink it, and had to run to the bathroom again.

A huge part of the appeal to the show is the nasty shock-value.

On another note, I really want to go on Fear Factor one of these days. I don't think there is anything I couldn't eat for $50,000.

Bah you eat some bugs or organs and they pay you $50,000. I've thrown up for free plenty of times (and often had to pay for it) so why not get paid for it.

and as I've said before, there are lots of places in the world where people eat bugs and brains for sustinance, not for $50,000.
