    I really love it my self. I love that we have trees and water, lot's and lot's of water, hills, snowmobiles, and lots of great wheelin. Every time I visit other areas of the US I miss something. As for the extreme winter conditions, you can always dress for cold weather.

        You forgot one of the most important things about being able to tell if you're from Michigan:

        You can use you had as map, to show people where you're from and how far away you are from Detroit.
