Hey Tom did you see the close call?

Today we were narrowly missed by a meteor about 3 football fields wide. They said that it could have taken out a chunk about the size of Texas. It missed us by about two times the distance to the moon. Roaches and Mags almost ruled the earth today.

No, he isn't making it up. I thought it was 500000-1000000 miles though. The moon is not a million miles a way, and it was twice the distance of the moon.

The measurement that I gave about two times the distance was most accurate disregard the 2 mil. And no you would not have seen it because you cannot see 100 percent of the sky at anytime. It may have passed by the other side of the globe. Anyway, NASA has a new meteor tracking system up looking for the global killers. The only problem is they don't know what to do if the run into one. Oh well.

That's kinda dumb if NASA doesn't know what to do but has an early warning system... I mean, it's better to not know the day we die the day we were born.

all we need to do is find a way to move the moon into its path so it would absorb the impact. would anyone miss the moon if it ment life or death
