Oh noes! Darken Sun needs some parts!

Yep, its high time for a little project. Thing is, I have no clue where to get the parts (other than buying a mini fridge and ripping them out, but it'd be easier to buy parts separately). Here's what I need:
    - small 1/2hp - 1hp compressor for R134A
    - small(ish) condenser, such as this one:

    - drier/filter, such as this:

A phase change unit. The end product will look sort of like the one on the right in the below picture.

I though you needed to be HVAC certified in most states to mess with that kinda stuff. You could face a fine if not?

Didn't see anything listing HVAC certifications under Georgia laws besides having to have a certification to perform government inspections of footings, foundations, concrete slabs, framing, electrical, plumbing, heating ventilation, and air conditioning. See section e.4.

I was looking at phase change the other day and was thinking about giving it a shot, but I'm rather lazy. I'll probobly just go with Water Cooling.

go rummage through some junkyards and the like - you'll find some stuff

but definitely don't mess around with refridgerants - thoes can kill you REALLY fast - they displace air really fast and you'll suffocate pretty damn easily if you puncture any tubes

www.ocforums.com in the cooling > extreme cooling forum - you can prolly get some help there

right now i'm sticking with WC - one day i'll hook myself up with a Prometeia Baker II system though - but WC is still my passion
