Hey bud, I own one of these, and I have no problems with the box button(YES BOX, NOT SQUARE). I love my PSP, and it is by far the best handheld out on the market. Just because they make a couple mistakes doesnt make them bad. I know others that have this problem, and it is NOT THAT BAD.
