      Collection to end all collections

A few pics from our gun collection. Well over 80 rare rifles, my dad has been collecting for about 40 years. The prized peice is not in the pics since it is getting some TLC at the moment.

Main Safe with the most valued rifles. Some extremely rare peices in here. The safe is a former Bank Vault (no kidding)

You are looking at one of every Enfield ever produced. Most Jungle Carbines to the left.

The rest of the Enfields. One from every manufactuer.

My prized rifle. SVD Tiger with Russian Scope. 100% original.

makes note: don't start war with mango.

I just started getting into shooting a few years ago. A lot of my friends have huge gun collections. Here is what we've got. The top is a 12guage shotgun from sears. It's old, my dad got it as a wedding present like 22 years ago. The second is a Ruger 308, and the bottom is my Ruger 10/22 that I just got for christmas. It's some 40th anniversary edition. I'm planning on getting a 22 pistol sometime. I just like plinking around the house and the 22 ammo is all that I can afford.

The first looks like a M1D, the second I have absolutely no idea. It doesn't even remotely resemble an M1 in my eyes...

My grandfather's colt .32 pistol. Manufactured in 1920 and still shoot like a dream. Pride of my collection for sure.

The only good Deasert Eagle is a .44 Deasert Eagle, as that was the caliber that the gun was designed for.

I'm not a gun guy by any means (I like shooting them but don't own any).... what's wrong with the Desert Eagle other than the fact that it's so big?

IMO, the gun desing is a little light for the .50 round. Also, with the heavier ammo, it's unbalanced (like I said, it was designed for the .44 round), and nothing sucks harder than an unbalanced weapon. Thirdly, the platform is the perfect size for .44, but it is too big (Again, IMO) for .357, the other round it is offered in.

Anyhoo, yeah, but to each his own.
