ok, looked into it a lil more, this lane that is the entrance/exit to our school, is a state road, not private(School) property, or a parking lot, which, preety much makes it my fualt for the wreck, but, also seems that it would open alot of oppurtunity's as far as reporting the school goes.

the legal system might try to screw you on this one. Quite often they will side with the older, more mature adult instead of believing you. Ide get a good lawyer though and take it to court if they try to make you pay.

She called here not to long ago, very alopegetic, i think she realizes it was her fault, and i am not concerned about her trying to collect from me (there was very minimal damage done to her vehicle anyway) I just feel that there isnt alot that i can do to help pay for my own damages. At least my parents have calmed down and after looking it over have sided with me. The damages really arnt worth taking her to court over, and if i do claim insurance, the insurance on a 17 year old driver who has had an accident is just outrageous, so, not a ton that can be done.

You were in the wrong lane 100% your fault. You're only recouse is to sue to school for damages to both your cars, any injuries, and if you did loose your license (I don't see why you would) you might get somthing for that as well.
What kind of car is that? It's probably not worth fixing.

wait how in the heck did she side swipe your car!!! you may be able to call her on wreckless/careless driving i dont know if the road is wide enough for 3 cars you can say that the school had informed you that the lane you were in was the shared turn lane!! i dont know. it sucks but from your description i dont know how she got the side of your car that lady just cant drive someone should have her licsense revoked!!

yeah, mazda MX-3, OK, leaving school today, i looked at where i was hit....looks like it actually splits into 3 lanes by the point i was hit, so, that would make me 100% in the clear, looking into that more, also, there is room for 3 cars, and they do make it into a shared turn lane, weither they have the authority to legally do such or not, i do not know.
