The problem is now that most kids listen to rap. While I won't insult someone based on their choice of music, statements like "Eminem is the bestest musician EVA!" really annoy me.

It would be great if people would go and listen to some of the (slightly)older music. Led Zepplin. ACDC. Rolling Stones, whatever have you. Van Halen, etc. Older Metallica Songs... Jimi Hendrix...

Today, no.

It's all about "OMG he's soooo cute! Let's buy his CD"

Sadly that, and low-quality sound, are the "high points" of mainstream music today. Nothing like downloading songs that sound worse than a CD piped through a two dollar speaker sitting behind a pillow in a fire....

I enjoy a lot of their older music. Also, I like a few songs from "How to dismantle an Atomic Bomb." However, I feel that because they are trying to compete with rap etc., they are putting out lower quality music.

Edit: On another note, how do you all like this new sig the mods gave me? I think it's pretty cool...

Maddox is retarded, but SEMI-original. Eric Baum's site, however, is a the most worthless crap on the internet. Unfortunately, Ebaumsworld made him a millionare, because he represents everything that is wrong with internet entertainment.

So, Maddox can get away with keeping the retards busy who think he is hilarious. This keeps them away from the real funny. Mr. Baum, however, should not be given a way out of his shower.
