    Bokja virus

I got this Bokja virus thing. It is REALLY annoying. I hear it can be pretty harmful if I don't get rid of it.

Anyone have some tips for me? I am running virus programs and searching for files that it uses.

I think its more like spyware. If you use something like spybot search and destroy you should be able to get rid of it.

download stinger.exe, you can google search it, its a fantastic stand alone anti virus programme. Or Adaware SE, which kills spyware, or the thing ^^ that guy said.

I've tried a few programs and it stopped my virus program from working and I can't strl-alt delete anymore.

I'll try a few more spyware ones though, Thanks.

stinger.exe is a stand alone anti virus programme. It will not interfere with anything you have running. I promise. It also deals with trojans, email hacks and all sorts. Try it. Make sure you delete anything it finds, rather than repair. If you need a hand with it, PM me.

Running windows? Try downloading the new microsoft virus & spyware removal tool based on the Giant software. That kills everything.

The most common vector for Viruses and Spyware is Internet Explorer and Outlook. Check out Firefox (browser) and Thunderbird (Email client) at www.mozilla.com. They are much more secure and may help you protect your machine.
