    Optimum Online is one of the best ISP's I've ever heard of as far as speed goes. They advertise up to 10Mbps down and 1Mbps up, and unlike most ISPs, you can actually come close to those speeds.

            Its funny, at work my office hosts FTP sites and other data for the entire company, so if I test my speeds at work, my upload speed is higher than my download speed. Neither of which is slow.

            I can upload stuff faster than most of AO can download it, probably
