I prefer Visa because I just find that it is accepted more places and I have a pretty sweet apr and cash back bonus

havent found a place it wasnt accepted. i actually have 2....one is a student credit card, the other a check card

I have a Mastercard because they had the best kickbacks that I could get [having no credit makes it tough..]. I have a Citibank Student Platinum MC with 5% back on gas/grocery store/drugstore purchases and 1% on everything else.

However, my debit card is a Visa, so I'm set

Yep. Plus being a commuter driving 70 miles a day, 5% cashback on gas is nice.
