Well, just bought it and i am getting ready to start it up. Just thought i'd start a thread. One thing i didn't realize until now is that they removed online play .

However, the guy at EBgames said that they have the abilitiy to hook up to other ps2's and plan in a LAN. He also said this company came up with a way to jerry-rig way to play over the net using the LAN function and their custom software.

i have not tried this yet, but will hopefully in the next few days. If anyone has any experiance please enlighten the rest of us.

I want it so bad. I've got it pre-ordered and waiting at EBgames. I've got 4 exams this week though. GT4 probably wouldn't help with them

Pre-orders ship on the 22nd. That means you can pick it up at the store on the 22nd if you pre ordered.

i didn't pre order, i just went in and turned in 5 old games and got 30 bux off of it.

However, i after 1 hour of play am sorely dissapointed. I have high hopes, so i am not giving up yet. I hate the interface (quite confusing), and i have only played with a supped up skyline and i can't stand the handling. However, i still have to tweak it...so i still not forming a strong opinion.

However, i did like that i could import my licenses and 100,000 credits from saved files of GT3 on my memory card. I just wish i could import my garage full of cars.

sorry, you can only import A and B licsense, not Ia Ib or S Gatta get those all over again.

Well, instead of waiting till my exams are done this week, I went and picked it up today.

What are the a-spec points? Do they get you anything? I imported 100000 bucks and bought the 69 corvette stingray.

Picked it up the 23rd, its worth the money. I cant stop playing it.

Bought it yesterday off a whim. Decent gameplay, physics system takes a while to learn, B-Spec Driver feels fun. Imported 100,000 credits from GT3:AS. Rockin the muscle cars.

I bought it yeaterday after going 3 different places to find it. Havn't imported anything in yet, or evern played it too much, but it seems like a pretty good game.
