what i dont understand is, granted im putting the right image in my head, but how would the sperm stay alive from being emitted, to put into her body? i mean granted it all ends up in her mouth. but wouldnt her saliva and the transfering of the sperm from her mouth to her vaginal area kill the sperm?

Well, it wasn't stealing. It was after all given freely.

But, it WAS deceit.

If this case doesn't get the support payment ruling overturned I will be totally ticked at the state of affairs with respect to MEN'S REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS.

Why is it that when it comes to getting custody, deciding to have a child, get an abortion, etc, the woman's rights are held high and the man is put down for his "quick" contribution.

But when it comes to taking responsibility for the difficult things, the man is held accountable.

If the sperm was a gift, then it was a gift. After you give a gift, you have no responsibility for what is done with the gift.

That all said, I feel sorry for the kid who has such a deceitful mother and has to endure the possible rejection (however justified) of his biological father.

Is it even possible to keep sperm in your mouth and have it live long enough to effectively impregnate someone? Doesn't seem like it could happen to me. But who knows health class was nap time for me

Now I've heard stories about girls telling their boyfriends they are pregnant (when they aren't) to keep the relationship together, but theis is over the line.

In a moist & warm environment, sperm will stay alive for several days. That's why the pregnancy-risk portion of a woman's menstrual cycle is as long as it is. I slept through health-class, too, but when your girlfriend is a nutcase, you look that stuff up.

My guess is saliva will break down the proteins in 'your boys' but said sample 'gift' contains like 6 billion little happys so the rate of break down vs total number in sample is in favor of the big sample. And really, all it takes is ONE with the turkey baster.
But yeah, thats like going after a donor to the sperm bank.

Man... I'm sure when he "gave" the "gift" he never thought of it being used that way. Dang this story... he better win and not have child support or its going to take a lot of fun out of certain activities.

And umm.. next time your given the chance... tell the woman that you just gave her a gift... let me know how that works out or you too
