Back to the 80's! Motley Crue

Went to the Motley Crue concert last night at the SPectrum in Philly.

    My ears are still ringing.

Observation, some people went to that concert just to wear their outfits from 1985. Some of the ladies there did not have the same bodies!! *shivers*

Great show, except for Tommy Lees impersonation of the broadway show STOMP.

So did they stand the test of time well? I know that G&R totally sucked when they got back together.

I know you said it was loud, but did they rock?

LOL, when did Motley Crue NOT suck I always thought G&R has 1000 times the talent of most of the hair bands. Its sad when people just don't know when to hang up the towel.

So Scott, did you have long hair and a closet full of leather pants/jackets in the 80's?

          No.

The show was pretty good. They did only 3 new songs. The rest was classic Crue! I hate when old bands try to only play new stuff. Hey goof we are only at your show to hear the songs we know!!!!

Lots of scantily clad women as well. Also Tommy ran the "Tit" cam right after the intermission!

No, but the first pair he hit belonged to a huge woman. When Tommy panned back he freaked and moved it very quickly! Real funny!

They always sucked. I should say, rather, that Axl always sucked. I saw them in 1001, just before they fell apart. I saw Motley Crue the year before, on their Dr Feelgood tour and they were much, much better live than G&R.
