From the way he's doing it, i'm just assuming one of the tricks is to keep moving and he's damned good with landing.
The Landing being falling/tumbling as to distribute the weight of your fall as to not harm yourself.

I'm going to go play in traffic and sue because their wasn't a fence preventing me from doing so. All roads in America should be caged in, driveways should have gates with guards to ensure no one walks inside.

well there was a fence but it was a small one and you could easily climb over it so it didnt count.

I remember watching a 30-minute or possibly even hour-long show on TLC or something about this once. There were 4 guys making a video in one day of them doing this crazines all across France, especially on historically important and publically well-known buildings and locations. I decided it was probably the coolest thing I had ever seen on TV. I wonder if I could find that for download somewhere...
