    Any Modern War Documentary Suggestions?

I just saw the trailer for Gunner Palace on Apple's movie trailer site. It looks pretty cool, though maybe too lighthearted.

So are there any other modern war documentaries that you might have heard of or watched?

Gunner Palace, a new documentary film from Michael Tucker and Petra Epperlein, shows the war in Iraq as seen through the eyes of the soldiers who are fighting there. The war tapes that the soldiers from Gunner Palace sent me from Iraq will be used in a new documentary that tells their story--it could be the first war movie shot by soldiers themselves--I'm curious how it will be perceived.

I saw something last night on the CBC about a group of Arkansas National Guardsmen deplying to Iraq. It was pretty good, I thought.

It is not a rendering of the most recent combat action but "We Were Soldiers" grabbed me pretty hard.
