This pretty much made my night, pay close attention to the last apology..
"We are aware of the slower than expected speed problems in the
Conifer/Bailey area. We swapped out a switch last week that did resolve at
the time, however it seems to have re-surfaced. We have been diagnosing the
various equipment in the link and believe we have it narrowed down to a
radio link on a channel that is seeing interference. We are going to try
and change channels tomorrow to fix the problem. If that does not take care
of the issue, the problem is probably the radio itself and that will be
swapped.
We apologize for the incontinence this issue has caused and hope to have
your service back to normal tomorrow.
