What are you using to make them?

Coffey--its a program i downloaded off the internet, can't remember where i got it from but it is very small. i will put it up on my angelfire account soon so people can download it from me

Is the program easy to use?

Foo--its pretty easy to use, all you have to do is import a pic in a frame and set the duration(time) you want that image to stay there. and just repeat for each frame. i think that smiley image is like 20 frames. Its just like making a cartoon, just move the image slightly different each time and re-save it. if you don't get what i am talking about just tell me

I use animation shop for that kinda thing, but hardly ever use it

i just uploaded the program onto my angelfire account, it shouldn't take to long for you guys to download. it took me 22 seconds to download on my schools computer, but they do have a couple T1's. but either way it shouldn't take longer than 5 or 10 minutes to download on a 56k connection. hope you guys enjoy, here is the linkEasy GIF Animator
