    Attention Boondock Saints Fans!!!

Here is the story line for the sequel "ALL SAINTS DAY" it is no longer going to be called the "SECOND COMING"

The story starts with a bit more in depth on the court house scene which ended the last film. As soon as they blow Yakavetta away, it is revealed that the MacManus father and sons have been hiding out deep in the glens and valleys of Ireland for three years. Connor and Murphy are quite content with this "natural" life and their pasts begin to seem faded and worn. But soon they recieve a "sign" and are called back into action as a pastor is murdered in a Boston church and the crime scene is staged to make it look like the work of the Saints.

The sequel was supposed to come out 4 years after the first one came out ('99 for the slow folks)
but was delayed do to sponorships to pay for the film and the sequel cost nearly double the amount of the first one. There is debate if ALL SAINTS DAY will appear in the movie theaters or not. The first one didnt because the coloumbine high school shooting had just occured and Troy Duffy (Director) felt that it would have been a terrible time for such a violent movie.

PS- Wilem Dafoe (paul smecker FBI agent) will be the only main character from the first movie not appearing in the second.

    Good to hear.

Just to be nerd, on the Commentary, Duffy says that the film did get some theater release, but the producing firm (Lion's Gate?) pulled it from tons of theaters. Yes, it was due to concerns over the recent Columbine shootings.

Now as to plot; do you mean the bros were hiding in Ireland beginning right after the Yakavetta trial, then return to the states? Or *before* BS, they had taken up hiding due to some unkown past. Then, they somehow ended up in Bos
God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.

So, right after Yakavetta to Ireland, presumably to chill/hide, and then have to come back to clear their names. Cool.

/Meanwhile we've got two bodies in the morgue that look like they've been *serially crushed by some huge fricken guy*

My favorite line, I love it!
Is it dead? I show that scene to all my freinds who havn't seen the movie. And then I make them watch it when they get the time.

Wilem DaFoe had such a powerful performance in the first one... I think it sucks that he won't be in the sequel, especially all the crime-scene analysis stuff...

I'm definitely looking forward to it, loved the first one!
