IP Sigs

I know sigs have been turned off, but I remember back when we had them some of you had a little guy holding up a sign that had my IP info and OS and various other info on it. I was wanting to get it for another board but I've never had it to begin with, so if someone could explain to me what i need to put as my sig or if i need to download something or whatever, I'd be very appreciative...
