Thats great! I'm almost positive that a videogame has that in it! Like it has very bad translatiing and comes out "Your base are belong to us"

The Game is called "Zero-Wing"
And yes, the scenes from the 'music video' are in the game, but the cheasy voices aren't.
what's kinda funy is I used to play this game when i was a kid. Maybe like 1st grade (HS Senior right now).
Kinda got me nostalgic (sp?)
