AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
I think they've just about run out of steam, and I love that show. It just seems like they've run out of places to go, so they try and be REALLY shocking on a few choice gags but then thats it. Maybe it will pick up. Trey and Matt are multi-gazillionares though, so I certainly would'nt feel to bad for them if the show ended
Anyone ever see Cannibal The Musical? That was great, all about the first convicted cannibal in the states Alfered Packer. Written by Matt and Trey when they were in school in Colorado. Great movie everyone should go see it. www.cannibalthemusical.net
IF I WANTED AN ANGEL AIR I WOULD GLUE A GAMEBOY TO MY FRIKIN TANK.
i have to agree that south park is def losing their "great ideas". but then again look at hte simpsons, 11 or 12 years now?! south park is on season 7 i believe, and its funny every other week. i hope they can pick it up
my feedback
countdown on devilmag day........ill let you now
I think the one thing that works to Southparks benefit is that they can do just about anything. Sending all four boys back in time would be no more far fetched than Kenny becoming president. I think right now the writers are having to recalibrate their stories for a newer audience. With more and more going on in the world, it's hard to decide what to make fun of while still getting a decent story out of it. It's almost like reality is becoming too crazy for even the Southpark writers to make crazy. I mean look at last nights episode vesrus reality. Other than a war between Heaven and Hell...how is that different from reality? It's getting hard for these guys I think.
