    Yeah. He/his family are liable for the damages. He owes you the value of that truck. Im guessing the Xbox doesnt cover it...

      I know that my insurance doesnt cover my car if one of my buddies were to wreck it. It might even be a law in WI. If you have insurance, be sure to check with them first.

        truck was bought for about 200, the flying v cost around 1299 straight from gibson to his liking, and i dont know what he paid for the xbox

          well then this is easy just sell the flying v and you can buy 6 1/2 new trucks!

            Maybe to get a new truck it might be worth it, i dunno. Like Wicked said it would easily pay for the truck and then some....

              yeah, if you've got 1000+ worth of stuff you can easily get a new, nicer even, vehicle. i dont see what you are complaining about

                thing is, now i cant get a job, and my insurance is now expesiver than any other thing in my life.

                Thats almost exactly it, except his was done custom order.
