This happened a few weeks ago.

Now, my sister is a nurse in a hartford/near hartford hostpital like thingy and she was telling me about a few people who have just died (she left out the names)

1st a kid got stabbed, an eleven year old kid, stabbed, IN HIS HEAD.

2nd a fourteen yr old shot 6 or so times. This person was known as a law abiding citizen who was in honours everything.

3rd finally a baby got thrown from a moving car. 16 months old.

Hartford is like the 3rd most dangerous city to live in.

Thats insane but i feel somehow things like that go on all over the place....

Yeah but its creepy, that like someone would throw a toddler out of a moving car. Innocent people get shot and stabbed over miniscule things

try to not live in the ghetto/poorer areas, its where all these crimes were commited.

Anyway, im on the east side on a back road. Im in the middle of no where eastside though. im moving this summer to voluntown or hanover whichever one we buy

wow thats crazy, hartford has some REALLY bad areas, as does New Haven and Bridgeport. You have you watch out in the down town areas.

You want to talk about the middle of nowhere? Try living in Lebanon. There's more chickens and cows in that town than people. I know, I used to live there.

Hartford is G-H-E-T-T-O! Even to drive through! East Hartford is downright scary!

I think the only other town in CT (that I have been to) that rivals Hartford's scaryness would be Waterbury. Of course, I am used to Terryville/Bristol...

Ahhhh Hartford.. I used to party down there all the time.. The Muni.. The West Indian.. Loft parties @ the Smith & Wesson factory Studios... Good (but sketchy) times!
