Very nice subs, but the 4 channel amp does you no good unless you're using it to poewr the component speakers, which are what brand? Alpine is good, and kenwood is usually good too, but the cap is useless really...the whole system runs off your car's alternator when the car is running, so trying to recharge a cap and power a system at the same time is hard on your alternator...and you won't be able to notice a different with the cap anyway because the power drop-off you get is so slight that the human ear can't hear the tonal differences. Hmm, ...the 3 JLs puts it up there, so you'd actually be getting a sweet deal. In my experience, though, there are cheaper brands who provide almost the same sound quality to the average ear. I have an audiobahn system with 2 12s and I personally think it sounds pretty much just as good, if not better than my friends W7. Whatever floats yer boat though. If you're looking for top of the line subs, you're looking at the right stuff, but I think JL is way overprices. However, this is a good offer.. A couple other companies to check out for nice subs, though, are Memphis audio, Kicker, or the nicer quality audiobahns. So I don't know if i'm really answering your question...i mean, if you want to spend $1000, this looks like the way to go, but there are plenty of options.

3 subs, ehh probably not, but I am a sucker for good deals, and he is letting me pay part now, part later.

My biggest thing I want is quality, if its loud and horrid quality I don't even care. Definitely want a clean system and a nice quality sound.

sometimes its how you adjust the sound control and amps and what not for quality. Good stuff defintely helps though.

My system now I got for free kind of because the guy who owns the audio store has a son in Pee Wee football and I brought him to my practice field and ran him through some simple drills for like an hour for 1 day a week for 3 weeks. I got a lot of clearance stuff for free, not the best quality but it wasnt too bad. I just adjusted it to my liking and it still sounds good.

Also it depends on your car. Try not to have too much stuff vibrating when the subs hit or it doesnt sound good.

Yes, that is a good deal. you might need a hundred or so more to get wiring harnesses, wiring kits, etc and installation. the best thing to do is to get a friend to help you install it.

                  15fard cap

                  15fard cap

a good thing to have ...
with a cap when the bass drops hard and it will with 3 subs ...
it draws alot of amps from your battery with the brand name amps you have listed i am guessing those will draw a snot load of power from your battery ..

                  15fard cap what this does

holds power inside aka lightning cap holds the juice
your alternater wont have to go into over time with a cap..
head lights wont dim as much..
                  when the bass drops hard..
i would say get a 4awg wireing kit and a circuit breaker all can be found cheap on ebay go with good wires

add the fuse numbers on the amps together and go with a breaker a lil higher then you add up
so it wont pop all the time

also get a distrobution block for the trunk.. should have one with atleast 2 main fuses ..

get a ground distrobution block also ''

a good place for a ground wire would be a shock tower bolt .. there is a rubber bushing in there you wont pick up that hum noise when you step on the gas this way ..

dash kit in price depends on what kind of car you have there like 15 to 35 for most cars in the 20 range

goes the same for a wire harness in price range .. this way you dont have to hack up the stock wires in your dash makeing your life rough figureing out what wire is what ..

and also if you go to sell the car later on in life you can toss the stock crap back in with ease

also look into antenna adaptor there less then 10 most cars use a different size antenna plug like the newer gm is smaller then any after market radio..

                  aka antenna din plug...

good luck and crank it up

                    also

also he might have the power wires and breaker and all that good stuff .. if he had all this gear he needed a way to hook it up..

check into that save some coin on wire's..
