    My 62 Chevy Nova

This is my baby I spend hours on. The color is a Medium Aqua Blue Matalic. Beefed up 350 engine,400 hp w/NOS. The next thing I'm putting on it is airbags, front to back. This thing has completely been overhaled. The pic of engine compartment didn't have nos on it at the time and I have a dual air cleaner on it now. Anways just another toy.

          Nice deuce!!

I have a '63 that my father and I have been doing the "eternal father son project" thing with. I'm 23 now... I wonder if we'll ever get to something we can call "done." I hope not It seems whenever we get it running and streetable, we tear something apart again

          pics!!

working on converting this Enderle mech. manifold to EFI

yes... those are moon gauges in a custom fabbed aluminium panel. Theres a matching Speedo/tach/fuel set that goes in the big hole

handbuilt console, with matching engine turned aluminium panels, custom front sub-frame, front and rear subrames have been tied together, mustang II IFS, tilt front end, soon-to-be-injected 350 SBC, muncie 4 speed, 8" ford posi rear end, body "adjustments," and all sorts of little stuff.

Not a drag car, by no means a trailer queen... but fun as hell to drive

I'll be damned, you're in Gaviota. tsc and I are here in SLO. My dad, brother and I are currently restoring one of our two 63 Nova wagons. When we get it running, we'll have to cruis up and have a little AO-CA car show.

EDIT: This is Target Practice, actually.
            Such a sham(e).

Thanks for the positive feedback, this Duece is a blast to drive. I'll get a pic of the interior soon, it's a matching color of the exterior. Nigel as you can see and I'm not ashamed to admit it, this car is a trailer queen! Sweet progress on 63. And ya, old cars need constint pampering. Works perfect one day and needs somthin the next. tsc, no doubt roll on down, but no target practice on my car.

                        I hate you.

If been searching for months for a Chevelle or Nova close to me that isn't a rust bucket for under 4 grand or so. All we really need it a decent body/frame, and a clean title. I don't care about the motor because we're gonna drop a 350 in it anyway. How hard could it possibly be? I can't find a damn thing. Everything has either been restored or is in horrible condition. I would even settle for a 3rd or 4th gen Camaro(I hate the front end on 2nd Gen's, and would never find a cheap 1st) in good condition for 2 grand or so.

Not even close to the west coast. Daytona Beach, FL. They're not incredibly hard to find, it's just that cars are overpriced down here.

And on a side note, how can you keep soemthing that beautiful cooped up in a trailer? I've never understood that. Sure, you want to keep them clean and stuff but come on. Cars are meant to be driven.
