          IF your uncle is only getting 10MPG out of a standard Silverado half ton with the 5.3L V8 in it something is wrong. I consistently run these things around 15-17MPG.

            But seriously it does look pretty nice... I agree that some 285's would look pretty sweet on it. I've got some 285/75/R16 Yokohoma Geolandar AT's on my 95 F-250 Powerstroke and they are a very agressive tire and look SWEET!

                  If you are getting really big tires, do something to change the gearing otherwise you'll lose power and go really SLOW.

                    lol! u guys are ALL talking about bigger tires.... u gotta remember. the bigger the tire... the less power is has, build up the engine, stoke it, bore it, and all the good stuff.... then it can handle bigger tires... like 35-37's

                        Or do both like I am to my 93 F-150 for a really kickazz ride!
