I'm going to do this song by song.
1. Intro - Um, kinda creepy. It serves as just what its title implies, and intro.
2. Last living souls - Interesting, spacey, weird feel. Very dreary, sparse, with vocals that make me feel a bit down. Later into song, some piano, gets a bit more upbeat. An alright song.
3. Kids with guns - Apparantly, this will release as a single right before the album release, and did not come with this pre-release.
4. 0 green world - Cool. Starts electronica type, goes to guitar and vocals, more rock feeling. Almost indie-rockish feel, but maintains its techno backing at times. A bit Grand feeling.
5. Dirty Harry - Hmmm, Dirty Harry, Clint Eastwood? Coincidence? I think not. Upbeat song, could be good for dancing, if your not into fast dancing... Cool use of a chorus of many voices, makes me think of another brick in the wall, but only because of that, not like it at all in any other way. I get into this much more than the other tracks. Would be better without the rap style stuff in the second half.
6. Feel good inc. - Great song, good video. Not the happiest of songs despite the title, but a GREAT song. Almost a reason to buy it right here. Makes me wanna rock out with my glock out, or was that cock out?
7. El manana - Slightly gloomy, but very cool. Somehow makes me think of a large blue room, can't explain it, it just does. I like it quite a bit.
8. Every planet we reach is dead - Deep feeling, gloomy. Spacey feel, also makes me think of a film noir. Good piano work. Good track.
9. November has come - Cool song, rap and gloom. Feels like the end to an action movie where the hero just died.
10. all alone - Depressing AND poppy? weird. Succeeds in making me feel all alone.
11. White light - Spacious feeling, aggressive compared to the rest.
12. Dare - Faster, more club feeling.
13. Fire coming out of a monkeys head - Badass kinda, story telling. Woah. Well, at least the end is cool.
14. Don't get lost in heaven - Expansive, cloudy. dum de dum, yum pe yum.. oops, I didn't say that. fun song, yet still kinda a downer.
15. Demon days - Sounds like angels more than demons!Part of this sounds like gospel, :P . Cool.
