That's my baby.

Thanks ya'll, I'm really looking forward to the wedding...it'll be a blast.

Thanks Lady, we have such a good relationship now. We have a lot in common, and are genuinely happy together. We looking at either October or April for the wedding date, and we'll be doing a Japanese theme which will be fun I think. We both love Japanese culture and we decorate our house in it. Hell, for that matter, we both have Japanese tattoos as well.

That is way cool! I went to a Chinese wedding once. It's wild how different the cultures are. My poor friend had to change her dress like ten times during the wedding reception...we were just laughing at her, cuz she hated it It was great...like watching a fashion show...LOL! I bet you're wedding will be perfect. Good luck and we will all be waiting for pictures.

As far as the Japanese theme, will your wedding just be decorated, or are you actually planning on doing some traditional Japanese wedding ceremonies? Will your wife wear a kimono?
We've got a white wedding kimono hanging in our living room that we got in Tokyo. My wife and I also have a bit of a passion for things Japanese--I guess that's what happens when you live in Japan (Okinawa) for five years though. We were married in Japan and have a really cool marriage certificate (it's in Japanese.) Our son was born on Okinawa as well.

Anyway, good luck with your wedding, it sounds like it'll be great!

The wedding will probably be more in decoration as far as the Japanese theme is concenred, and not so much in the pratices. I wouldn't have any problem with the practices part either, but we have families to appease as well. It should be a blast though.

Yeah, her family is pretty cool so that shouldn't be TOO tough. We'll see though. Right now we're trying to think of interesting places to go for our honeymoon.
