Sorry, but all this stuff about someone posting too much is just adding more posts that are pointless. :o

If someone is posting garbage, maybe there should be a warning system, where you tell the person they are posting too much crap. Or PM the person and tell them.

Yea, I don't think people use "up" to raise their post count, they use it to up their post.

really... I understand what it was meant to be... but reading through it I was laughing my butt off... serisouly.. it would be coola to do as a joke though!... is ppl use TOM in a post they're post count gets zeroed... jsut think of the newbies that didn't know about it... they'd be like... HUH?

Oh now there is a fantastic idea... we could have certain "buzz" words. Some would reset your count to zero. Some would boost it to 10,000!

You could get certain combinations do different things too. It would be like the cosmetics in Batman you'd be worried about what combinations did what.

You'd have to try and work out what words went together... and then maybe you get some that added give you 1,000 post count but add the wrong one next and you hit 0.

The possibilities are endless

It would make people's post count irrelevant and hopefully stop people who blatantly just post to get a higher count. I don't mind such efforts in the friendly corner but I think it is annoying in the more serious threads elsewhere.

Exactly! It would make post count something amusing. In the serious threads you may accidently reset or enlarge your post count. In friendly forums you could work on combo's to get a higher count or whatever (maybe lower...) All of a sudden your actual count would be irrelevant because you'd know combo's that could reset it.

It would just take the stupidity of posting to have a high count out. It would make it interesting and also be quite entertaining at times.

Just "imagine" how amusing it would be if a major post whore suddenly got their count reset to zero (lmao, we need a sarcasm icon!)
