So my friend comes over and goes, your computer sucks, let build you one.

begged mom for 300 dollars 8:00pm
went to frys 8:20
spent 375 of her money 8:45
ati motherboard w/hyperthreading and 6.1 surround support
pentium 4 3.2ghz
512 ddr
tv tuner
dont accept atm cards
argued with them
called mom
she rushed over while they kept the store open for us 9:15
looked at recipt
she got pissed
came home 9:45
ate dinner
took my old one apart 10:30
motherboard wouldn't fit in old case
biked over to friends house
borrowed his "footrest" for a case
biked back w/ it
it fits! 11:00
hooking things up 12:00
TURNS ON!!
hard drive wont spin
mess around w/ it
power supply doesnt have fan hookup
use old 175 watt
hard drive spins!!! 12:30
monitor wont turn on
graphics is broken
use old crappy 2MB one (two MB!)
its all happy

spent the next 3 hours installing 4 misc. versions of ripped windows untill i had unaccesible files and couldnt run the tv tuner!!!! (this list is too long to post)

went to frys next day on no sleep
bought dimond stealth graphics
install it
tv tunder works

yesterday i had a professinal fix windows for me and take off windows 2000

NOW IT ALL WORKS YAY!!!
