May 4, International Respect for Chickens Day

    link

May 4 is International Respect for Chickens Day.

"Chickens are cheerful, intelligent birds." They are also very tasty. Correction: May 4 is a Wednesday. Rain or shine, fire up those grills and thank the bird for providing you with food, and most importantly, for being so damn tasty.

I'm gonna go to Buffalo Wild Wings and split a 100 ct. tray of wings covered in Thai sauce. It's gonna be grand. 25 chickens will have given their arms and legs so me and my best friend can try and eat 51 wings.

what a load of hippie crap.

the idea of a chicken is a nice warm fuzzy thing.

in reality chickens are dirty mean bastards. not just mean to humans, mean to each other.

in my opinion, the chicken is good for two things:

                eggs and meat.
