Whelp, it's that time again. I've got a hypothetical due in my PoliSci class, and once again, I have waited until a scant few hours before it is due to write it. I've got an A in the class, so I kinda put it on back burner. Anyway, I might as well share what I got, and maybe it might spark some discussion.
This hypothetical is from a unit on tradition and authority, and this one is pretty much part of the tradition side of it. It is one of those, "Do you agree with it or not" type things. It reads as follows:
"A college curriculum in which students read or watch what is current, what they can relate to, and what they enjoy. They may read the old books, but only i f they wish. All general education required courses are abolished. Students may take whatever they want, and instead of established courses, they may completet the general education program thought self-designed independent studies."
Remember, it's 0200, and I'm tired, so here goes...
Fake Edit: Here's hoping that this doesn't turn into a "Critique TP's working-on-a-deadline writing style" thread.
