haha they prolly looked at the kid's mom to decide how attractive the kid was. thats all crap.. if the parent dint like their kid because they were "ugly" then too bad, they are still gonna treat them the same. I think the whole "not in cart/in cart/unbuckled/buckled" thing is one of those things that canadians can proudly say is only in Canada.

Ummm, I dont remember carts having seatbelts when I was a child....we lived dangerously I suppose......and a smart kid doesnt stay belted long.....wonder where that fits in the study??
