selling question about shipping a rt valve over seas

i have my rt pro valve up on e-bay and a cupple of days ago somone bidded on it.

but jest today looking though his feedback he is located in germany and i know that e-bay will only allow you to ship sell paintball guns only in the us

soo i emailed him back saying i had to cancel his bid

and also said that i can sell you the valve outside of e-bay

now i was jest woundering if theres any bands of paintball guns or stuff over there

    while i was reading this

Firearms are not allowed. Listings for allowed firearm parts and accessories must follow strict guidelines.

im not allowed to ship over seas because some places have bands on weponds

now i know that theres a agd europe but i didnt know if its smart to sell this valve to someone in germany

i dont know if theres any laws over there that wont allow it.

    help me out!!

Ebay only allows sales within the US...surely not? You are selling in good faith it is when mode enabled markers are sold via US Ebay and they are shipped to countries that don't allow modes that problems can occur. The sale of parts to Germany could be a problem due to their own laws. Take a read of this thread http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...=triggernomics

I just read your ebay link

"BB Guns, Replicas, Blank Guns and Imitation Guns
eBay does not permit the sale of BB guns, air guns, black powder guns or muzzle-loader guns. eBay permits paintball guns, "airsoft" guns, and replica, "look-alike," and imitation firearms under certain circumstances. "Airsoft" and replica look-alike guns may only be sold domestically in the United States provided the replica and imitation items have clear markings permanently affixed to the items to the extent required by federal law (commonly a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel), and must not be readily convertible to shoot a projectile. These items must be located in the U.S., offered only for domestic shipment and the seller must be located in the U.S. These rules apply to all items designed to look like firearms."

Now that link is actually two sections..

    Part 1

BB Guns, Replicas, Blank Guns and Imitation Guns
eBay does not permit the sale of BB guns, air guns, black powder guns or muzzle-loader guns. eBay permits paintball guns, "airsoft" guns, and replica, "look-alike," and imitation firearms under certain circumstances."

    Part 2

"Airsoft" and replica look-alike guns may only be sold domestically in the United States provided the replica and imitation items have clear markings permanently affixed to the items to the extent required by federal law (commonly a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel), and must not be readily convertible to shoot a projectile. These items must be located in the U.S., offered only for domestic shipment and the seller must be located in the U.S. These rules apply to all items designed to look like firearms.

A paintball marker does not fall under the description of looking like a real firearm so part 2 does not apply, well at least how I read it.

Take the money you get for the valve and invest in this:

        Excellent!

        "cupple"
        "somone"
        "jest"
