Its possible to have no recoil due to the fact the bullet isn't being propelled laterally but centrifugally. The centrifugal motion probably also acts as a stabilizer.

Can't eliminate the law of conservation of momentum. Doesn't matter how your propelling mass is created or ejected. Throw mass in one direction, move in the opposite direction.

The description on one link as the the 3-speed fan example was pathetic. Spin something at high velocity and have it throw a weight and you end up the spinning mass jumping off in one direction AND being unstable. Or, in the example, the fan would be unstable to begin with, stabilise once the weight was thrown (and experience trust equal and opposite to the weigts direction of travel).

The twit "designer" also claims there's no gyroscopic force either. If you're spinning enough .50 cal to fire 5,000 rpm, that's a lot of gyroscopic force and thrust.
