    Movie#$%#Camera!$@#$Put On computer*#$&QUESTIONS FAST

    Ok guys heres my dalema. I have a pANASONIC Digital camera / video camera. I have some movies from vaction i want to put on a cd.This is a new camera so i am testing things out and i have a usb cord connected. I can play the movies threw a web cam on my computer but i cant record them on my computer. I dont know what to do any more i got 3 kinds of software i am trying to use and its not working. PLease help!!!!!!

    usb will not do it, you need a firewire son. bring ur camera to best buy or an apple store(they have firewire) or any electronics store that would have that stuff. I guarantee that is your problem though, i dealt with the same thing and then i realized it cost 30 bucks extra to give my camera any usefulness.

      With USB 2.0 it wouldn't be a problem, as the speed is there.

        I don't think that speed is the problem here. He'll need a Firewire card. ($15-$23 anywhere)
        If you are using a PC, Windows Movie Editor should pop up once you get the Firewire connected.

          he probably doesnt need the card, if its a modern computer at all it will have a firewire input.
