    Actually no. Once again there was an agreement between the two or quite some time before teh wrestling finally change their name to WWE.

      Exactly.

      The original settlement between Apple and Apple involved a cash payment and an agreement that Apple Computer would not enter the entertainment/recording industry.

      Well, now it's iPods, iTunes, media players....

            Grrr! It didn't post!

            Anyhow, this is nearly two years old. The suit was filed in the UK in 2003. It was settled in September of 2004. We are a little late to the party here. In fact, it's boarded up...

            Why did we post such old news ?

              true, but the theory is that his record lable set him up to fail on his most recent able in order to put him into a financial burdon (perhaps they are behind the obviously false criminal charges) . That way he would be forced to sell the rights back to either his lable (which is the same as the beetles) or back to Sir Paul. I also was told he owns the rights to most of Elvis's songs..but i don't know if that is true.

              because i just read a NEW news article about this....are you sure it is not still on going, or perhaps this lawsuit is for the US...???
