i seriously thought jack was dead. like, i saw no possible way he could not be.. and i was soooooooo not ready to accept this as the end of the show. Obviously, there's speculation out of Zeus's butthole regarding next season..

I knew he wouldn't die. Tony, however, I thought was toast. I seriously hope the President (Ex-VP) gets screwed over coming up, he acted like such an a-hole. I also hope that female assasin gets hers. I still remember when she fragged that 747 just to get an ID and kill one person.

Looks like Jack will be mowing lawns in Canada. I'm sure they'll find someone for him to kill next season though--if it returns. I read it may not come back.
Is it just me, or did Mandy (assassin chick) remind you of Nina? She kind of looked like her (only hotter) and she was pretty tough too. I remember when she fragged the 747 as soon as she was shown. I had to remind my wife who she was though, cause that was like 4 days ago (in 24 time.)

That would be pretty difficult seeing as jack got them both killed. I think they should make 24 global, put Jack in london working for mi5 for some crazy reason, running around the east end shouting 'WE HAVN'T GOT MUCH TIME" at cockneys. Also all the internal mi5 squabbling would be much more entertaining to watch than in ctu due to everyone trying to keep a stiff upper lip.

Mia Kirschner. She was in the very beginning of the first season of "24" and she played a grown-up Sara in "The Crow: City of Angels" and she's probably been in other things, but I don't care. She's hot.

But i see jack going down to mexico and next season somehting happening down there and ctu is like we have one contact in mexico. Im sure tony and jack will be in contcat and jack doing covert work for ctu or something like that.

OK-- so, Curtis punching Mandy in the face was possibly the second best TV scene/few frames EVER. First being in Season One of the Shield when Vic Mackey just ran through that wall..

It was good but to many plot holes in it this season ... they are usually so much better at technical details, and they really suck this season.

-- Using thermal imaging to find two people under two stories of concrete in a room full of running clothes dryers?!?!?!
-- Making it clear that the missile was stealth and could not be tracked by radar, yet they find it on radar and blow it up with a radar guided missile?!?!!?
-- CTU San Diego is waiting for the CTU LA angent to arrive, knowing that he is coming ... but yet when he fails to arrive and the two dead agents dont call in, they dont get suspicious?!?!?!
-- Umm Cisco self-defending networks?!?!?!
-- Mandy is looking down at the steps while guiding Tony down them and she misses the blood?!?!?! Yeah some professional.
-- Come on ... do they honesly think the Chinese will believe "Um Jack was killed, um yeah he is dead now so I guess this whole mess is over" without seeing a body?!?!?!!?

So many technical issues this season ...

Not to mention loose ends;

-- Behrooze(sp?) ... what happened to him?
-- Mandy ... Yeah she got a pardon, but did they just un-cuff her in the garage and send her on her way?
-- The agent kidnapped by the Chinese ... the US just decided to forget about him?

Hell the last few weeks could have been called 24: Product Placement ... I know they have displayed specific hardware before, but this season they were over the top with Cisco, and Alienware.

I love this show but this season was horrible with plot holes, loose ends, and just over the top far fetched sub-plots.

If you go back to the first season and watch it again you will notice that only the good guys used Mac computers, and the bad guys used Windows based computers. Whats even funnier is that Nina uses a Windows based one several times before being uncovered as the mole in CTU.
