And in California I guess you could say its somewhat accepted to kiss girls on the cheek as friends. Its no Europe, people dont do it all the time, but its not weird or anything. with girls thats no indication of self esteem, promise. I know a few well, "assertive" girls, and of them i know around 10 that just do it solely BECAUSE of low self esteem.

Are the girls you are kissing sluts, or so they know you in a more intimate way? That might be the source of what she might be worried about. And the fact that you are going to only greet girls like that when she is not around does make it sound as if you are guilty of cheating. It is all about reassurance when it comes to a young relationship that you have as of now. She know that you are leaving her to go elsewhere so the fact that you are giving attention to other girls, in her presence or not, might give her some pangs of uneasiness.

I willmake myself as an example here I do get jealous when I see a girlfriend go and kiss an ex, but not when it is a friend I could honestly care less.
