Need help building a T SHIRT LAUNCHER!

I've been ordered by my local field to make a tshirt launcher for our big games. tshirtgun.com sells them for was too much but they look so simple! Anyone have experience with these???

    Thanks!
    Sean

    AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.

Any plans for a regulated co2 tater gun should be easily applicable to shoot t-shirts. You just need to bundle up the shirts into a shootable projectile.

      This shoots t-shirts:

Hell, mine's kinda for sale. But you probably don't want to shell out what I want for it, so hey.

Heck... Depending on specs, I can make one for you for as little as $50... A CO2 powered setup would be about $150 though...

How about a big sling shot? You can make one rather cheaply.

Air compressor -> ball valve -> fat piece of pvc for chamber w/ gauge -> ball valve -> tshirt size barrell

Open valve 1, turn on compressor and fill to desired pressure, close 1st valve. Open valve 2, Kaboom! Tshirt launced. Very Cheap, all the parts you need u can find cheap at a home depot. Use quick disconnects(from homedepot not paintball) to connect the compressor, its the easiest.

Here is an easy CA (constant air) solution for you. Grab yourself an old remote (with an on/off ASA). Screw a sideline Palmer stabilizer into the 1/8 npt port on the ASA, and connect to cannon. I'd suggest making up a bleed valve to prevent overpressurization.

Yeah, a potato cannon idea would work just fine, just sorta make something that would make sure the tshirt wouldn't catch on fire...Potato cannons are really cheap too,

If you were to use a combustion cannon you could just use some wadding to protect the shirt -- but that would really be a pain to reload and unless you are using a nice clean propellant(aka not deoderant or something) the tshirts might start smelliing kinda nasty.

use xmetals instructions and it woudl work fine, seeing as a paintball field wants u to make one making one using co2 or n2.
