          that was awsome you have to tell me how to build that! i bulit one using the hairspray method but it never worked for me so threw it away...

              The hairspray ones are nothing. 160 psi of goodness right here.

              It's pretty damn simple. Two pipes. One barrel, one compressed air. Valve to put the air in the "tank" and another to release the pressure.

                      hairspray method works fine! i shot mine today and it went through a 4 inch thick cooler, and a recycling bin.
                      who ever said "its not whether you win or lose..." probably lost.

                          I have a super-small one that's powered by a bike pump 160 PSI of goodness as well Barrel's not as long though, so there's it's not quite as powerful... lol but yeah

                                          I have a potato cannon as well,I use Ether for it...What is fun is going, getting a whole bunch of berries and a potato. Stick the potato in first to clog it, then shove alot of berries in, shoot it at something white like your plywood, and it is just a juicy mess....

                                              good u wrapped rope casue i didnt see the duct tape doing mcuh when the potato gun turned into a pipe bomb.

                                              Im not trying to be the saftey prude here, i have made a good share of air and combustion powered spud guns, bout to build another airpowered, just gotta find large pressure rated pvc.
