          Obviously the end of WWII hasn't been publisized enough.

          I think we need a tv special or something.
          Or better yet, why don't you kill yourself. No, really, die.               Wasn't there a running urban legend about this exact thing happening. Well, with more violence to make it interesting.

                  i think they knew it had ended, but were afraid of coming back and being "dishonored"
