Hair Dye

Ok im just wondering what permenate colored hair dye is the best and most vibrant. I have a bet with my friend who says i won't dye my hair red or blue for 50$. Doesnt matter cuz i was going to do it anyway . thx in advance.

My sister uses Tish and Snooky's Manic Panic. She dyes people hair and she does hers all the time. She's also a cosmotologest, so I'm guessing that some good stuff.

it all depends on what color your natural hair color is.

but to get the most vibrant colors possible it is best to bleach your hair. bleaching your hair takes alot of nutrients out of your hair leaving it fealing kind of like hay. but since all color is taken out of your hair what ever color you put in will be extremly vibrant.

now as for the most vibrant color or what brand to use... thats up to you. i suggest going to places such as hot topic to find the blues and reds that you want as they will have them. in permenant and semi-permanent types.

of course if you sissy out you can just get the hair gel that will color your hair for 1 night.

ok so what is your natural color? and do you intend on bleaching?

Well, for a kid that rocks out to Op Ivy, ive gotta give advice.

--Look for a local beauty supply store. (ie, Sally's, Barnum's...)

They should sell little packets of bleach.

Do that, untill you hair is LIGHT blonde, or even white. (dont do it too long, dont want the hair to fall out )

Then, go to Hot Topic, and ...get... some "Manic Panic" its some good stuff.

Or, find some stuff in the beauty supply store.

Manic Panic is it. It's been around longer than most people on this board has been a live and was the dye of choice for the Punk generation.

my hair is dark brown or black. I ve dyed my hair before but my retard cousin screwed up with bleaching my hair so it was dirty blond in some places and bleach blonde in others so my hair was a cross between orange and red. I think im going to dye it 2 weeks before school gets out so thats pretty much next weekend

get it done professionally, by some one who really knows what they are doing. I dyed my hair blackblue while in chile, so it baisically looked like supermans hair, you know, hint of blue in the sun. It was cool while it lasted. the hair stylist didnt bleach my hair long enough, and it all washed out within 3 weeks. i had this horribly ugly copper colored hair for about 2 months. it sucked

why dont you just let him do what he wants to do while he is still in highschool. i mean this is the only time we can actually be stupid in our lives and get away with it. and right after that we all turn into zealots and conform to society anyways just to get decent jobs. that is of course your in a band that does fairly well and you can support your self and family off of it.
