no, heres a man who corrected you on being wrong about calling dark side of the moon the wrong name. and yes, they all did drugs without a doubt. just nobody to the extent that syd did

I was under the influence that the SONG was, not the album.
Also when they were recording said track, he showed up out of the blue.
THe guy was crazy BEFORE the windowpane.

I was referring to two different albums. Dark Side was on the charts for a really long time, unsure exactly how long, but held if not still does hold the record.

Wish was the tribute to Syd who had gone overboard with the drugs and was institutionalized.
In many interviews the question of their drug use as a band comes up. At the very least it could be said that they were doing a whole lot less than they were reputed for by their music....

syd barret dying was the best thing to happen to pick floyd.

the wish you were here album is not a tribute to syd barret, the parts of shine on you crazy diamond on wish you were here are.

they all did drugs. they all did drugs a lot.

(but mostly before syd passed away)

side note: ive done just about everything but acid (i wanna go to pilot school), and no amount of weed or anything else (dont ask) does anything special to floydian music. and it still kicks ***, i hate that druggie mumbo jumbo.

i hate kelly clarkson's music so much!!! she sounds terrible....but then again, she doesn't look terrible

ACDC is also pretty good but there songs sort of all sound the same (if u take out the lyrics)
they had some pretty good hits though (Highway to Hell, Thunderstruck, For Those about to rock)

u gotta like guns n' roses though.
