yeah thats what im thinking. The neighbors house had one kid blow his brains out there. And then the next owners of the house, he was a doctor, blew his brains out too. Im just waiting for the people in it to have someones brains all over the mirror. They are a pretty wierd family, i tend to stay away from them.

The only wierd thing I ever remember happening is when I was younger I was in bed on the second floor and saw a shadow of a hand knocking on a wall and heard it. I was on the second floor and alone in the room with the doors closed and nothing outside the window. I didn't think much of it at the time nor do I now I'm sure their is somthing I overlooked.
And yes we got a good price on the house but not because of the muders, the women who owned it just wanted to get rid of it fast and didn't use a real estate company.
And on a side note about the Amityville house they changed it around so it doesn't look anything like it did in the movie. They got sick of people walking around the property and ringing the doorbell, it's a little harder to find now but if you know what you're looking for you can still pick it out. How would you like people comming to your house every day asking to see where the people got killed? Actually I'd probably let them in then have someone chase them out with a chainsaw :)
