So what's everyones 4th plans?

Parsonally, I'm going to sit on my (butt) and burn things. We usually go all out and spend ~$500 on fireworks, but I'm broke this year So we're only buying $100 or so. That means no cakes or tubes Just mortars, roman candles, etc.

I might mix up a batch of Flash Podwer and do some salutes. Thermite's a possibility. Mabay a Nap. Charge. Who knows.

So what's everyone else doing?

Ill shoot off fireworks, it is my first full day off since June 6th, so I am going to go out to the lake, light fireworks, lotsa bottle rockets and play with thermite for awhile and then go out to the farm and do night fireworks, It should be fun...

Wake up at 10:30. Take a shower at 12. Get dressed at 3. Eat lunch at 4. Make and eat dinner at 6. Clean paintball stuff from Sunday. Burn and blow up stuff at 8. At 10, I'll make my way inside and watch TV, most likely Adult Swim at 11.

I could wake up early and get stuff done early. Go do stuff with friends. Then go to some great fireworks at 6ish.

wake up when eva, go on the lake jet skiing, more then likely do what i did last year, get drunk as hell, maybe, and play with explosives, it is fun, a kid lost all his face hair last year, good times, and then if i can still stand watch the risers on the interstate race and get pissed off, all this with the sound of purdy exposions in the air and and some burns on my hands from a mishap with gun powder, my 4th of july's are pretty dang extreme

Lighting off fireworks in our neighborhood and letting the cops bust the house down from us for doing it is always fun.

Story:
Our family was up the street at our neighbor's house. They have a little deck literally on top of their house. So, all of us are up there lighting off anything we can find. A few minutes later, the house across the street starts doing the same.

A while passes, and the cops finally show up. The come to the house we're at first. We all go downstairs and outside to talk to them. The owner of the house(a lawyer, btw), tells the cops that they have the wrong house. Of course, the cops weren't falling for that. BUT, just about that time, the people across the street light off a few bottle rockets. The cops apologized and then walked over to the other house. Worked brilliantly

I should be doing a firework show with my uncle. He has his pyrotechnician license and does professional fireworks shows around my area. So I get to help him out down by the firework pit and hopfully light some off
