    Laptop choices...

Well I've been looking for laptops and I've narrowed it down between two different laptop choices, both being Sagers. Both are nearly identical except for the processor. One has a 2.0ghz Pentium 'M' chip while the other has a 3.2ghz Pentium IV w/ HT. Both laptops are the same size (15.4" widescreen) but the laptop with the M chip is a tad lighter and thinner. Both would be coming with a 256mb card and a gig of ram. I don't really play game much anymore on the computer but I'd be doing a lot of CAD work (ok and maybe a few games...). I'm just stuck on this decision. Anyone have experiece with similar models, or with Pentium's M chip? Is it really worth the sacrafice in performance?

There is no sacrifice in performance in most instances. In fact Intel realizes the pentium 4 architecture sucks and theyre ditching it completely in favor of pentium m. Only thing the pentum 4 has in its favor is that it can multi task a little bit better.
