    rims ?

does anyone know where I can get some good white rims for a 94 Honda accord close to charlotte NC. I can't find any and I don't want to order them from the internet becuase shipping is an extra $200-$300.

Or if anyone living in the area has some they are looking to sell I'd be happy to meet them

Many performance shops/car places will order something for you and have it shipped to them with their order at no/minimal extra cost. Try that.

I went to one and he said he had to special order them meaning they would cost $200 more.

but if its as u say then ill try others because if they can have them shipped with a regular order then it shouldn't coast much more Thanx.

The Motegi MR7's come in white as well. I thought about doing those on my '91 Accord, but I changed my mind on the color of the body, so I'll roll with either gun metal or black.

Motegi RT5's also come in white.
The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves. 'You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Who cares if beadlocks aren't road legal... I'm gonna run em on my pickup anyways because I don't think there is a single cop around these parts that even knows what a beadlock wheel is...

Even if they did know what a beadlock was you could just tell them that they are simulated beadlocks. :P

I'd agree with that: I ran beads on my jeep for two years, and even pulled the "They're replicas!" on a CHP.

For the ignorant: What's beadlock and why is it illegal?

Basically, you bolt the tire to the rim. This allows you to run much lower tire pressures, and thus mroe grip, without your tires potentially coming off.

Not sure why they are illegal.

Yeah... I never really understood why they're illegal either... It keeps the tire on the rim, so it sounds like a good thing to me!
